Once you are booked in you will receive a questionnaire, which you can fill out in your own time. This form is designed to help me understand what you need help with and what you would like to get out of the training.
When you have sent back the questionaire I will come up with a lesson plan for our session. Please bring a note pad and pen as it would be usuful to write notes so you can put the plans into action as soon as possible.
Following our sessions I will send over notes going through what we discussed in our session. You will be able to contact me via email for two weeks after our session with any questions.
